Let's see some concerns from the creators about "The payout of the Facebook Performance Bonus has been temporarily suspended. Is there a reason for concern?"

Approximately seven days ago, I became aware that Facebook has placed a temporary hold on the payout of my Facebook performance bonus. However, I remained unperturbed as the payout indicated that it would occur on March 23rd. Presently, it is March 24th and the situation remains unchanged, despite my attempts to contact them yielding no response. Is it advisable for me to express concern in this matter?


I was accepted into the PB program in January and received payment for that in February. However, my payouts for March and April are currently being held. Interestingly, I have noticed that many other members of a Facebook group I belong to are also experiencing the same issue without any explanation. While I did receive a restriction on adding reels due to the use of stock footage from certain apps, they did not specify which reel was the cause. 

It is important to note that I have not received any violations or encountered any other issues, and I am monetized in every category on Facebook. However, my ads reels will remain suspended until May. I am uncertain if this is the reason why my payouts are still on hold. Although my earnings have been renewed, I have not received any further communication after reaching out to them via live chat. They claim to have sent an update to my support inbox, but upon checking, there is no such update. They repeatedly close the ticket as resolved and even messaged me on Messenger once, stating that I am no longer able to earn. 

However, this message was sent a month ago, and I have continued to earn since then, with a total of $2800 earned and approximately $2000 earned this month. It appears that I will now have to wait until next month for any progress. Every time I attempt to contact the support inbox, I receive an automated message stating that I am not the financial administrator of the account. I have provided all the necessary documents to prove my identity, as requested within the 90-day timeframe to avoid demonetization. 

However, they have not responded or addressed my original question regarding the hold on my payouts. Whenever I submit another ticket, I am given the same response, despite being the sole owner of the account. I have been monetized for two years and have verified payments in my bank account. Is it necessary for me to repeatedly prove my identity each time I attempt to contact you?
